What is Upside Creative?
Upside Creative is the creative arm of Upside Business Consultants, LLC. The video production service was launched to help small businesses in New York City and on Long Island build better brands and outperform their competition through compelling web video productions.
What video production services do you provide?
Video services range from short promotional commercials to “on location” documentary style branding videos to product demonstrations and more. Virtually any type of video about your business can be developed for you.
What are your qualifications?
Our Long Island videographers are award winning Master Storytellers with over 20 years of experience each (not combined) directing and producing everything from professional web video productions to full length movies.
Are your videos web friendly?
All videos are provided in a digital format ideal for use on your website, YouTube/Vimeo channel, and social media profiles. We will even help you optimize your videos for search engines.
Who will “own” my video? Will I own it?
You will own the rights to your own video.
Do you work with other agencies?
Because many marketing agencies and PR firms on Long Island are not set up to provide video services in-house (or do not choose to invest in this set up), we also work with other agencies to help you better serve your own clients.
Can you help our company set up our own video studio at our office?
Yes, we can. You can get assistance and consulting to set up a basic studio with lighting, backdrops, etc.
Do you offer teleprompter services?
Teleprompter services are available, upon request.
Where do we shoot the videos?
That depends on the type of video you would like and your needs. We have an in-house video and photography studio (Hauppauge, NY) and a green screen set up on site at our headquarters. We also have the ability to come to a location of your choice (such as your place of business) on Long Island or in NYC.
What do videos cost?
Our videos are affordably priced and quoted based on scope. Our rates are very fair and competitive for the level of quality end product you receive.
Do you provide voiceovers and actors?
Yes. As needed. We have a full range of add on services. Just ask.
I have never been on camera before. Will you help me prepare?
We will work closely with you to prepare you for your video shoot so that you present a relaxed, professional, authentic image on camera. You are in good hands and you will do great.
